Royal Mansion Hotel - Kullu

We had a wonderful time at this luxurious hotel. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was convenient and easily accessible. The room service was excellent, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and efficiently. We were impressed with the spacious rooms and the cleanliness of the washroom. The hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, including car hire, housekeeping, laundry, and airport shuttle.

We highly recommend this hotel to families seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff at this hotel was excellent, always willing to assist us when we needed help. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the food served was of excellent quality. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel as it was easy to reach and within close proximity to a beautiful stream.

We found the location to be a bit crowded and noisy due to its proximity to a busy stretch. Additionally, the staff was not very proactive and only responded to our requests when we asked for help. Despite this, we did encounter a few minor issues such as problems with the television and water, which were quickly resolved upon request. We would also not recommend ordering the chicken lollipop as it was simply minced meat on a stick. However, we did enjoy the trout and breakfast options offered at the hotel.

I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the cleanliness of the rooms and washroom. The location was easily accessible and transportation was readily available. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the delicious breakfast provided every day.

During my Xmas stay, the hotel's staff was very helpful and accommodating. They solved any issues, such as TV and water problems, whenever we asked. the hotel's location was convenient as it was located near a stream across the road. Lastly, the breakfast and trout dishes that we ordered were particularly delicious.

One downside to the hotel was that it was located on a crowded stretch of road. the staff was reactive rather than proactive, which made it difficult to anticipate our needs.
